2nd Floor
The 2nd floor houses the Bower City Ballroom which is ideal for ceremonies of any type. Also on the second floor, the Second Empire Room, although smaller, is a perfect size for a bridal suite, small group meeting or small seminar. The Venue also has a prep area located on the second floor, for the licensed and insured caterer of your choice to use.
3rd Floor
The Venue’s third floor features balcony seating as well as the 1870’s Room for fundraisers, holiday parties, class reunions and more. A full bar set-up in the 1870’s Room allows your guests to enjoy the refreshments of their choice. Take a look at the floor plan to envision your upcoming event.

The 1870’s Room
This unique space on the Venue’s third floor is perfect for any type of reception, seminar or party. A built in bar, original wood floors, and a beautiful tin ceiling make this room historic, yet functional.
Second Empire Room
The Second Empire room is perfect for smaller functions such as a board meeting or other intimate gatherings. This room also works well as a bridal suite for weddings with its restored wood floor and tin ceiling.
